Let LST entertain you

Let us entertain you this summer. But let us do more than that. Let us also inspire, educate and enlighten you. The arts do all those things—and we are doing them this summer with a phenomenal line-up of shows, actors and camps being facilitated by the Superior Arts Youth Theatre (newly renamed).

Lake Superior Theatre kicked off its annual Lightkeeper Special Event Fundraiser with an Encore at Willow Farm in June. We could not think of a better (warmer) place to have our salute to the season. Attendees gathered in this charming farmhouse filled with antiques with quilts, representative of the upcoming LST show Quilters, on display thanks to our local quilters. Also our appreciation and thanks to Julie and Annie Higley. With a scrumptious dinner prepared by our gourmet board members Reatha Tweedie and Rita Hodgins and sneak preview entertainment, this was a great spring event and enjoyed by all who attended. All were surprised by the delicious Spam Wontons prepared by Lori Ogawa-Mentink in honor of our first show, Spamalot….
