• CopperDog 150 and 80 Start. This annual race will include teams of 10 dogs covering 150 miles in three days. The CopperDog 80 will include teams of 8 dogs covering 80 miles in two days. 5 p.m. Downtown.
• First Friday Art Walk. Visit local galleries and view new works on display. 6 to 9 p.m. Downtown.

• MTU Theatre: Agnes of God. Watch the investigation unfold of a nun who gave birth. Youth, $5; adults, $15 7:30 p.m. McArdle Theatre, MTU. 487-2073 or mtu.edu/tickets

• Norse Athletics Dinner and Auction Fundraiser. The meal will include a plated steak dinner with mixed greens, potatoes and dessert. A silent auction and music will follow. Proceeds benefit Bay College Athletics. $60. 5 p.m. Terrace Bay Hotel, 7146 P Rd. 217-4062.
